Having met Pay a couple times in the past, it's pretty clear why this legendary Canadian media personality is a reigning queen in television and radio. Not only is she smart, quick witted, and KIND, Pay is one of the most honest people out there and when we chatted recently about gig work, she did not hold back about imposter syndrome, proving herself, and the realities of freelancing no matter how experienced you are.
