#35 Diala Canelo | Creating for the Long Haul
To date, the influencer marketing industry is worth $21.1 billion dollars - this according to a recent shopify.com article. A booming industry to say the least, and having been a paid content creator on social media for the past 7-8 years now - I can say with confidence that this world is its own beast. One homegirl who knows exactly what I’m referring to and then some is Diala Canelo, known as Diala's Kitchen on social media, and in my cozy little world she’s known as one of my best friends. Diala has found great success as a food content creator, author, a flight attendant *and* an upcoming food photographer. It’s time for a very candid conversation about the creator economy, the importance of creating your way no matter the numbers and more! Obviously! This is homegirl nation hangout afterall.
